WHO WE ARE

Who We Are

Ability Connection Oklahoma (ACOK) formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Oklahoma, Inc. is a safety net for Oklahomans of all ages with physical disabilities.

Organized in 1957 and incorporated in 1963, to take a leadership role in advocating for individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities and their families; and to provide information to educate and inform the general public to further their understanding of the issues that affect individuals and families.

In 2012, our name was changed to Ability Connection Oklahoma. Our time-honored tradition of providing programs and services for Oklahomans with physical disabilities and their families remains the same.

Our mission is to… Advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.
